I am so freaking out right now!!
Because I didn't realize that I was dropping pant sizes! I didn't realize I was sculpting this damn gooooood! ππ
This isn't to brag because I can show you how I looked just 3 months ago and this difference is intense. But I'm just proud of myself for sticking to my workouts and focusing on eating the best I can.
I'm freaking out because this was a shit ton of work! And I might be a stay at home mom who has no real friends that come over to hang out at her house...I do have friends here that I can share my accomplishments with!

@sk216, walks are nice! But what are your current goals? That will help you figure out what you should be doing!
I just look up workouts on YouTube I'm trying to do stuff with weights to grow my butt & I also do ab workouts
I go for an hr walk a few days a week but thats about it @energizederica21 i really dont know what to do as far as workouts go
@sk216, They are at home programs! I just upped to 10 pound weights and that's all I need. It's a professional balance of cardio and strength training! Do you workout at all?
