Didn't sleep well last night. Still am crampy and my lower back hurts along with my legs and thighs. Feels like period cramps (I get them in my thighs as well). Guess we will see what the day will bring.

@kitcatmeow8383 Thank you dear ♡ that's what I've heard as well tho these cramps r less mild like the ones I usually get and more like the first day of my period. It's almost enough with the backache to want my heating pad.
