Try walking around to see if more comes out it could be your water breaking or just your mucas plug go to the bathroom and wipe and see if it's clear or not

Any time yu leak any liquid tht isn't the norm, yu need to go to the doctor. If there was light pink in it, yu def need to go it could be yur bloody show.. 🤷‍♀️
