That's what my doctor told me, he told me not to do it and if I give in for whatever reason make sure it's extremely diluted. Not good for baby.

Like rubbing alcohol or like beer? They make non alcoholic beer and wine if you need the taste

I heard it helps with nausea. At my glucose test they gave me an alcohol pad thingy to help
