And sometimes if I take a really deep breath even though it hurts so bad it helps

It eventually works it self out most the time it's gone by the next morning I always take some Tylenol and get some rest

@kayla821113, what do you do to make it go away ?

Probably a pulled muscle or a pinched nerve happens to me every time I throw up
