Has anyone taken these? I'm nervous about taking the DHA/EPA

I have no idea. I guess cause I've never had it. Just the regular prenatals. I'm not sure what it is and I guess that's what scares me for some reason. I mean, I assume it's safe, but idk..

Dha helps with brain development, it's in almost all prenatal

Nope, I haven't been sick yet. I mean everyone's body is different. It could be different for you. But, no it doesn't make me sick. I really like them. I like that they help my babies brain develop. I think that is awesome!!
