Meriena IUD... Who has it, and what are the symptoms of being on it, and didn't hurt to put it in?

🙌 on my 2nd one. I don't have symptoms and didn't hurt.

Have it, felt like labor putting it in was in pain for a straight week, break out bad, still get bad cramps, unusual bms , headaches.. honestly if u have another choice take it!

@intelligentmind2015 the patch is a good option too I got it before I had my daughter and it was awesome no side effects nothing and didn't have to remember to take it everyday u should talk to your ob about it ... BTW I LOVE your daughter's name , I actually told my boyfriend if we ever have another daughter that would be a name option lol it's so beautiful

@starrhunt16, thank you so much,yeah I know but I'm really not planning to have another child anytime soon idk what to do I don't think they offer the patch where I'm at 🙁

@intelligentmind2015 man that sucks it's a really good option , I got the iud bc I'm in school and don't want another until Haven is like 3 , if I trusted myself and my boyfriend to not get me pregnant I'd go back on the patch lol

@starrhunt16, yeah my boyfriend hates condoms🙄 but is mad I'm getting on the IUD cause it's for so long but like you said

U can get it taken out whenever u would like , so say in a year u want another baby u can get it out and it only takes a couple days for the hormones to get out of ur system

I have it and it didn't really hurt when I got it and really the only side effect I've had was I gained like 10lbs

I have it. It didn't hurt getting it put in. Just a little uncomfortable like regular check up. I got cramps after putting it in. I get cramps here and there now

Tmi but before you got the IUD inserting did you guys have intercourse,my doctor said don't have any intill I put my IUD in I go Tuesday but I'm going to see my bf this weekend and I'm feeling frisky
