Question: Do y'all have a time to let you LO nap & how long? I have a 2yr old girl. I let her sleep for 2hrs but I get scared b/c if she does get the right amount of sleep, she is grumpy all day. Sometimes I give her 3hrs but she won't sleep at night till maybe 1am. As you know it's almost back to school, so I need her on a schedule.
