Drank another mixture of pineapples juice and RRL tea because it's super dang delish but I've realized since eating pineapple at 4ish this morning my right nipple was just killing me as if I had a clogged duct. It took awhile to relieve the pain. I just finished my this morning cup and now my left nipple is reacting the same!!!!!!! How strange! 🤔
