So my chest the last few days been feeling like a toothache feeling. Like its aching

Could be gas or acid reflux. Acid reflux can make you feel like you're having a heart attack.

@danielswifey I have acid reflux but never felt this before n I had it for years. Its more like a dull ache in my chest n arm

@missmama92 well if you are having chest pain in your chest and arm, you need to go to the hospital!!!! Dont wait to go please.

@danielswifey its been like this for days but getting worse my blood pressure is great and my temp is fine it just feels like someone sitting on my right side of my chest
