I coughed and now I feel like I'm cut from hip to hip right at my panty line😩 what can I do???

Heating pad, Tylenol, warm bath. Its your round ligament pain. I hurt too from coughing or sneezing sometimes.

I've been going through the same. I've been coughing non stop for about 3 days now. Miserable. Idk what to do 😅😭

@lindseylb93 sorry love. Not much helps me either. Night time is the worst for me. Can't even get out of bed to go pee its so bad..
