If you haven't felt your baby, and you KNOW it's not normal. Go to l&d have them monitor baby. We shouldn't ever tell someone not to worry if their baby isn't moving. Just my opinion

Eat something lay on your side and count 10 kicks in 2 hours

If you dont get 10 kicks then you need to go to L&D

Try drinking something cold. Or poke your belly maybe baby is asleep and that should wake him up

@twilliam if you ever have doubts always follow them. Yes, sometimes they go through grow spurts and sleep, but if they aren't as active as you're used to or moving at all. It's always better to be safe than sorry.
