How about a Wednesday WOW?? This one completely boggles my mind🤦🏻♀️
👉👉This is a Tide Advertisement in Shape Magazine. They are informing families that their product is not safe! Why sell it if it's not safe?? Because sadly, their focus isn't your family it's their $$$$. And more importantly why are families still buying it when there are safer options??🤷♀️ More affordable too!
I'm thankful that my laundry detergent is free from caustic and fatal ingredients. #momhard #momcausticandfatalfree
Yes all very good points. And you're right, it's not ultimately Tides fault. It's the consumers who purchase the products. It is our responsibility as Moms to protect our babies the best way we can. I choose to not use products that can harm my family. Create breathing issues just from being sprayed in my home, cause allergic reactions, migraine headaches, Cancer and other issues. Why take the chance when there are better, safer and more affordable products out there??? People will do what they do. If I can shed light in one open minded person than i feel good that I could help a family choose better. It's not for everyone some people love the products they were raised on. I get it. But I know better✌️
Not everything is made with children in mind. Tide is not a children's detergent but children shouldn't be left around any cleaning solution, natural or not.
There are many household things that are not safe for babies, I think they are just trying to tell people to put all things like this up. Even if it were a free and clear all naturel detergent it still needs to be put up.
@greenish.meems, I think it's also not tides fault that your not watching your children or what they are getting into.... I mean we would have to go after every single cleaning product company just cause we're not paying attention and letting our kids get into things without letting them know that's bad etc 🤷🏼♀️. My opinion but I'm just saying can't be mad at tide I also use organic detergent for my son doesn't mean I'm gonna put it at arms length for him to reach it lol it's up to us as parents to teach our children

@embracemthrhd2 you hit the nail on the head. Glad I'm not the only who thinks that.
We are in a world where danger is everywhere... I'm the type of mom where i told my son at 3yrs old "do you love mommy? Yes... well stay away from this stuff cause it will kill you and take you away from mommy." Face to face with a serious look and with tears in my eyes. Now he is 10 and knows how to handle cleaning products. We cant protect them from everything we will drive ourselves insane. When he was first born i was cleaning like i was on drugs or something but then i realized i could never keep up cause everything he youched he put in his mouth. Babies been doing that since forever this didnt just start. Just keep the products out of reach while they are young then tell them the cold hard truth when they can comprehend. Cause you can buy all the safe products you want but have a fatal car accident or choke on a grape... ok I'm done. 😊
@chocolatemomma, look for options that are free from caustic and fatal chemicals. I have a brand I use but the terms of this platform does not allow me to share that here. If there's another thread here where I am allowed to share that info please let me know.
@js_kidsmom, the majority of people will still turn a blind eye. This ad happened because a child died. Why use it if there are more affordable and safer options out there. Informing the public doesn't give them a free pass. When we know better, we should choose better.

Alot of cleaning products aren't safe for people and children if consumed. At least they are warning parents to watch their children and not saying oh well.
