What y'all do for constipation. He's 11 months.

Prunes or pear juice works wonders

Apple juice or apple sauce usually helps my son

Karo syrup

I always heard prunes and apples

Grape juice

Prune or cherry juice

Constipation ease, I've used it since he was probably 3 months he's now 10, you can get it at Walmart it is all natural and works great

Apple juice works too but someone suggested it when he was about 3 months and it made him so miserable, that's when I discovered Constipation ease it's made by mommys bliss
