Your body just rejects the baby and treats it like an enemy in your body. That's how my doc explained it when I lost mine last year. Sometimes the body won't accept it and want to get it out. Its something that really can't be foreseen and its nothing we can avoid. One of the shitty things in life unfortunately.
@miracl34life those can definitely play a part in it. But the percentage of miscarriages that are actually caused by us, is nowhere compared to the percentage of our body doing it on their own. Especially the first trimester.
@miracl34life the first trimester is the most fragile one. The percentage of miscarriage goes down considerably after 13 weeks though. If you make it to that, You're usually good. Bad things can still happen though, babies die anytime throughout pregnancy, but the percentage of having a miscarriage is so much higher in your first trimester.
