Discipline for bad grades?

How do you discipline your children when they bring home bad grades? For a 5th grader or older?

My daughter is in the 5th grade and started her period....its sooooo early...omg....anybody else

I hate that they have to pass this test in order to go to the next grade my daughter never been held back now she being held back because of this test good grades but failed test so she has to repeat the 3rd grade

So it's hard for me because my 16 year old past the test when she was in third grade and my niece passed it last year and now all my daughter's friends will be going to the third grade and she will be repeating and I don't want to send her back to the same school to be bullied because she has to repeat a grade and so I'm looking into other schools but see the thing is you teach her something she gets it then you go back to it and she like I don't know it so frustrating and she likes to wonder of...

My oldest is autistic n going to 1st grade
