They won't. 2 to 3 oz is the normal amount. Anything more than that is oversupply because if you are nursing your baby at the breast, whatever you pump is extra milk. You also need to pace feed when using a bottle. So If you're going to the gym for an hour or two, you only need that 3oz bottle to go. All you're going to do is decrease your supply by stressing about how much you're pumping. Especially when you see that foods are not going to help you make more milk.
@aidensmomm nothing helps yoir supply except water, breastfeeding and pumping. You can't let your milk sit in your breasts for longer than 3 hours or it will start to decrease.
When you go back to work you will be pumping every 2 to 3 hrs so that milk you pump at work will be for the baby to drink the next day. No need to have a big stash built up

@arivera64, yeah I've heard, but I'm going back to work soon and usually pump only 2-3 oz, so I wanted to try them to see if they'll help me pump more
