I want to know what kind of vitamins do work to grow hair because i been trying to grow my hair out for 4 years and nothing its still the same length so what do i need to do to grow my hair out ?

Right so where can i get the unrefined raw organic coconut oil at and i don't want to cut my hair i just got a hair cut not to long ago and im drinking alot of water to i just don't know what's going on with my hair

I have to say don't use the hair skin and nails over the counter. They are so full of fillers that honestly you are lucky if you even get what it says on the bottle. However I am a direct sales rep and no I will not harass you with buying my products but I will say what I used worked for me. You need to drink lots of water because that's the best thing for your entire body anyways. And I agree with unrefined raw organic coconut oil. Trimming my hair hasn't worked for me but I assume different things work for different people.

I've been having the same problem for years and ill tell you 2 things I've learned about 5 years and hundreds of dollars later..... raw coconut oil and trims are amazing gift and hair skin and nails is a total rip off.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

What colour would suit me as I want to dye my hair but no idea what colour to do it I've stripped all the previous colors out to dye it again! It's extremely dark my hair with some light bits but I want a while new colour without looking an idiot lol 😂
