My jobs is starting to become drama filled. Why other employees think I want to know and be in the middle of the drama is beyond me. Drama is not for me. I am a grown ass adult who does not need to be surrounded by drama if I have a problem with someone I speak to that individual not spread it all around. I go to work to make money, be a lead teacher to a group of toddlers, interact with parents and that's about it. I only want to be told things pertaining to my students not everyone else. If it's not about my students or something I need to know in order to do my job then I don't want to know about it. I swear most of these employees are older than me and they still haven't figured out how not to fill there lives with nonsense things that doesn't even matter. Handle your stuff like a grown adult and not like a bunch of high school girls. Let me tell ya I ran to my car when I clocked out as I was reassuring parents everything was ok because two employees were screaming at each other in the office. They could be heard down the hall and outside. So unprofessional.
