My vagina has white milkly discharge and itchy on the lips what could it be

Most likely a yeast infection, I had the same symptoms, they are very common in pregnant women

@cieracooper26, that isn't uncommon to have them often but you should bring it up at your next appt

@cieracooper26, it's not fun.. I had one a couple weeks ago, and had to do Monistat for 7 days and it caused cramping after applying it

Yeast infection, nd if it smells fishy after having sex it's bacterial vaginosis which both are normal during pregnancy
