My daughter has so much mucus in her chest.....poor baby. What's the best thing to do to break up…

Take a nice steamy shower and then suction her nose out. Steam always helps loosen it for us. And some saline spray too.

@beebaby she is coughing. Almost like she is trying to cough it out. I can hear it in her chest when she breaths.

I would ask your dr first about Vicks they don't recommend for smaller children because of the eucalyptus
