I've never naturally had my water break so I don't know, buuuut I'm going to say if you recently had sex and you're leaking something, it would probably be cum. If you're cramping or feel off you may want to be checked by your OB or the hospital, but I'm assuming it's just cum or discharge, not amniotic fluid.

Cum can come out with it if you recently had sex, yes. I agree. Put on a pad and if its wet with liquid in addition to cum. Your water probably broke

Mine smelled sweet. I also had had sex recently and thought it was sperm coming out, I wrapped it in tissue and showed my doctor, she confirmed it was actually my mucus plug. I went from being dilated at a 2 to an 8 within 4 hours after that.
