Okay I keep asking about this but I really need to drastically reduce my milk supply. Obviously I dot. Wanna stop it. I produce more than my baby needs.. according The to lactation consultant my body thinks it's feeding 4 babies. I'm sore, Im leaky, my baby gets frustrated and I might have to throw out my mattress as I leak through a double set of nursing pads in my sleep. Seriously how can I reduce this milk supply and fast????

Hmmm try cold compress but not for to long because you dont want to decrease milk supply to much

I had to stop pumping and just breastfeed her because I was getting to engorged and hot showers also helped me
