My sons grandma (his dads side) called and said since we aren't getting married no more she is fighting for custody of my son?? Ummm okay....that's not Happening I'm not an unfit mother so have fun...told her that me and his dad are doing 50/50 custody and she said I should be taking my son away from his dad because he cheated on me...like what?! He didn't do anything to our son! He is an amazing dad and I would never keep him from his son! Don't care how screwed up things are between us we will make things work civilly when it comes to our son! I swear people 🙄

In Ohio, the grandparents have no rights to the child unless the other parent is totally out of the picture or unfit of taking care of the baby. Tell her to go suck a egg 🥚

In California the grandparents have no rights either. My gramma was supposed to be able to talk to my kids and go see them but my ex husband is keeping them from her. Its fucked up. I brought it up in court and they pretty much told me tough luck.
