Tonight I was struggling with some depression and while I'm in the living room with my 16 month old son Noah I started just uncontrollably crying and I felt sad and embarrassed because I never cry in front of Noah because I get scared it may upset him but tonight I just couldn't help it so then as I was crying Noah looks up at me and runs over to me climbs up on my lap and put his little arms around my neck gives me a kiss and says.... "no mommy" "love you" I just broke down even more because I realized how much my son understands and how caring my sweet baby boy is I love him so so so much he always knows how to put a smile on my face and help me feel better when I'm feeling down #imsoblessed
