I've had the mirena since March of this year, so not long. I think spotting and stuff is normal. Can't say I remember spotting during sex before having the IUD but I'm not sure. I had my IUD put in right after a d&c, prior to that I had only had 2 periods since delivering my son prematurely so I didn't know if it was related to that or not. I'm assuming it just means he cervix was irritated or something.

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom its so strange huh? Its like light pink but goes away. I wonder why it does that ? How long have you had the iud for ? An i juat ask cause i get nervous when things like that happens haha
