I wiped and I had bright red liquidy stuff (pretty sure it's spotting) is that normal? 40 weeks

I had something like that back in June. It was a big blob like the size of a quarter

@korahleah_11, well they said I might start spotting after they check my cervix but that was 10 hours ago and I'm having period like cramps.

You could be having contractions, and yes if they checked you it's normal to have some stopped but never to much if that makes sense.
