Is it wrong to not want your dad in your life or the baby's life? He came out here (across country) to see the first grandchild but also kick me out of the house so he could rent it instead of helping me out or his grandchild I can't tell if I'm being dramatic, or selfish. I don't want my daughter to think family is that cold. Even though aprently mine is.... Ugh.

No it's not wrong. My dad was trash, so I hadn't talked to him in years. He passed away now, but if he was alive I still wouldn't let him in my kids life.
Go with how you feel, you're not being dramatic

It's not won't at all. There are allot of people I have removed from my daughter's life because I don't want that kind of influence on her. I think she should know and be raised to know how family should behave towards each other. No matter what anyone else says, do what YOU think is best for your child

@thebombmom @courtney.welsh thank you! I just don't to hurt her in the process of trying to make her life better. I won't stand for all the negative things said about her dad, me, or have her told she's an accident cause she's not and never will be. About to have her here any day now and I'm trying to figure out to much it's just fustrating. Thank you ladies I feel less bad now.

We kicked my dad out of my like for 6 months till her realized I meant business about not smoking and drinking around my daughter. My brother and his pos gf, still kicked out and it's been over a year
