Hey so I have a question. So my daughter's new public nurse came to the house today and when she was looking at my daughter's immunization records she told me that her shots weren't up to date and I told her what do you mean they aren't up to date I took her to go get her shots so she said that I needed to get her her other set of 4 month shots and her doctor never told me this what so ever and on top of that they forgot to write in that she got her shots done for her 4 months and 5 months shots so my question is should I still go get her other set of 4 month shots done? I did call her doctor the minute she told me about this and she said let me conect you to the nurses line and then they hung up. So what should I do? I feel bad that I never got told this.
