Those of you who have been on the depo shot: did it ever make you bleed for a month straight? I went to my dr to get the IUD put in today but I told him I've been bleeding non stop for a month straight so he got concerned and took a biopsy of my uterus. Uterine cancer runs on both sides of my family both my grandmothers have been diagnosed with it. Not gunna lie I'm freaking out. TIA

@fasciamom, thank you! I try not to freak out but I heard the word biopsy and got instantly freaked out since both maternal grandmothers have been diagnosed with it

I bled for a month straight with the depo and when I switched to the IUD I had the same issue.

I got my shot June12th and barley stopped bleeding. I'm due for another one next month because my essure procedure take about 3 months to cause scar tissue but I'm not gonna get it I hate
