I would call your pediatrician and ask about gripe water first. Mine highly suggested we didn't use it.

You can YouTube some exercises to help. Like pumping their legs while they lay on their back, or massaging their belly

Little remedies gas drops are pretty cheap and good those are the ones I use. Also, a warm bath and warm wash cloth on baby's tummy. Rubbing the belly, and pushing their legs towards their chest.
