Eating and sleeping they do recommend tummy time but other than that not to much we let our son play with his gym too but they were early so don't worry if they are a little behind it's completely normal for premies to be a little delayed they will do things when they are ready although you probably have heard that last part before and will probably hear it multiple times
@mommysbabies Thank you. They are both holding their heads good but sora is definitely more curious so she is always lifting her head. And Kai moves alot and rolls on his left side. I'm not sure if they are behind on holding their heads up now or on time. I'm clueless
No they are right on track sounds like to me my son started rolling over around 2 -3 months but there are list online for milestones but like early on told me they are just guidelines don't take them as fact lol we were having some issues in the speech department but turns out he just needed more time
Look to see if you have a parents as teachers group. We had one for a while when I had my first and they would send someone to your house once a week to play with your baby and check developments. I loved having them come.
Do worry about falling them behind!! Who put it in our mind ????
They perfectly fine on their stage of life, more hugs from mommy, more kisses , plenty of milk , and some tummy time and mostly they need you that's all 😃
