Yep. I had them before I knew I was pregnant so I thought I was just about to get my period lol I had them a lot in my first trimester.

Mine were so bad kept 1st pregnancy checking for a period the whole 1st trimester.

Yeah, but only when I didn't suck enough water... Try to get 100+ is a day 👍 that helped me! 😘
