Ummm if I were you and the rash isn't bothering him a whole lot try and make a doctors appointment or go to urgent care . Sometimes at the ER they don't think that's vary important and pay less attention to what's going on . But if you can't get in at the docs yes go to the ER . They'll probably just give him some cream & ask if he's allergic or had anything different the last few days . Good luck !
