My right lower back been killing me since about 3pm today nothing is working. Hubby helped alittle when he put pressure on it then like 10 minutes later it came back. Took Tylenol n it didn't work layed on the floor that made pelvic, hip, n back hurt more when i got up. I wanted to cry in front of hubby n he feel so bad he can't help. He keep asking what's wrong n you ok after every grunt I make so now I'm in bed with heating pad still want to cry. 😢😣😭
