Mine went from 7+ a day to 1 or 2 times a week when he was around a month or 2. As long as hes not uncomfortable he should be ok and is still have regular pee diapers. I know breastfed babies can go up to 2 weeks without a poo!

Doc said a newborn can go 14days without pooping... specially if they are breastfed since breast milk can be digest 100% as long as he wet his diaper normaly everythingis fine
