One shot would be perfectly safe. You can drink and breastfeed as long as you don't drink enough to feel tipsy. Once you're tipsy, there's a good chance the alcohol has made it to your breast milk.

@yamiixx do it when he is sleeping. That way you dont have to feed him and the alcohol will have time to leave
