i need stories on all natural birth no meds.. i want to do all natural no meds but everyones telling…

Everyone says it's crazy....lol it kind of is but I did it twice now and I still wouldn't have it any other way! You really will just need to get in a zone and just listen to your body. I needed someone's hand to squeeze during the contractions that really helped me. And my sister has done both her babies natural...it seems like when you go natural it is allot easier to push baby out and they come out fast because you can feel the contractions and you can control your body easier

It's best for you and baby. I did it. Only was in labor 5 hours and 3 pushes

ive ben doing alot of reading and everything says you recover faster and its alot safer and healthier

I did it. I fucking nailed the breathing. I kept myself relaxed and focused at all times. It was so awesome. I was proud of myself. Everyone who was in the delivery room was so impressed by me and my husband and how connected we were. Also helped that I had two midwives who are my MIL and aunt right there with me doing pressure points to relieve pain and guided breathing with me!!

I did both with my first i was in labor for 17 hours the first 10 i tried going natural but i couldn't i was also at a 6 when i got the epidural i was progressing well up until i got the epidural it slowed me down and i couldn't push like i was supposed to so they shut it off. With my second baby i went natural my labor was exactly 3 hours i pushed 4 times and baby was out. With my 3rd baby i went natural too labor started at 10:50pm got to the hospital @ 11:00pm was dilated @7 1/2 baby girl was born at 11:50pm pushed 3xs . So like @mdomke22 it is a lot easier because you are in control of your body.

did you walk any to help dialate faster r when u do all natural ur body does it for you ? bc ik my friend was on meds with both hers and had to do a section with both and i really dont want a section i find its to risky

@cameronderanger1234, I literally walked the last two months of my pregnancy. Everyday. I think it def helped a lot

@ilovemychildren while i was pushing baby #3 out my midwife stop and looked at my husband and said "you know what you are an amazing coach i can see you are very focused on her" .(because of him sayin just breath baby, push your doing zo good baby) ... i was like ok now back to mee baby is crowning already lol

@forever.torrey went to my dr yesterday and my stomach is measuring 34" im 35 weeks told her hes staying in my ribs just my right rib all balled up she told me i could start walking to help myself dialate i want a all natural birth and my husbands in with me 100% being i have 33 days left what should i do to help dialate faster

I had my 1st natural*i was 16 yrs old and wasn't offered anything&my parent's lived in another state..i waited 7 yrs to have my 2nd child ;) had an epidural felt plenty and my 3rd son had an epidural and that was great didn't feel anything

@mrshoward12713 that sounds amazing my husband is like a coach to me every time i get a pain he tells me to just breath and rubs my back

@sherrynygirl im getting on birthcontrol after i have my bouncing baby boy my husband wanted another one 6 months after i was like oh no 3 year birthcontrol. my mom had a section for both me and my sister felt everything for my sister meds didnt work

And sex helps too. The sperm thins the cervix

The walking will help tremendously

I got some loving the night I went into labor!

And when you are in labor. When you start feeling like "I can't do this anymore" that's when it's damn near time to push!

So don't give up it'll be tough but you definitely got it! It'll be amazing.

It's no right or wrong way to cope with the pain. Some people breathe through it

I yelled through mine.

And focus on feeling your baby inside of you for the last time 😢

@cameronderanger1234. I am birth control pills now 4 month's makes me feel:/ bloated tummy haven't been on pills in yrs

Walk as much as you can! Your baby gets lower and you don't push as much in labor. My baby came out in seven pushes.

This is my fifth all four I had no meds at all just breath and close your eyes and focus just think about it's gonna be over soon and how lovely it's gonna be when the baby gets here don't focus on the pain

an old woman talk to me in the store the other day and she said she had 3 kids 2 girl and a boy without meds bc back then they didnt have all the stuff they have now she said for her first she didnt feel anything she was to into the book she was reading she said she got half way through the book and the dr said to push a little and the baby came out she said she felt nothing at all i wish i could get that
