Frozen fruits and veggies, my DD had mesh rings you put frozen stuff in for teething. She got relief and some nutrients at the same time.

Have you checked her mouth for thrush? For teething I've been freezing fruit and putting it in her mesh feeder. She loves frozen bananas.
