My MIL. π Never asks to see my daughter (not that I'm complaining) but never misses a Facebook post to like or comment on or share. As long as she makes it seem like she's involved to everyone else. Okay lady, when Olivia cries because she doesn't want to go to your house because you're a stranger to her, I'll show her all your Facebook comments and see if she gives a shit. But yet if I post ANYTHING about Olivia and my parents, she's suddenly MIA. π

@missliss I just get annoyed with the pretending. And then when we do see them, my daughter just cries when they hold her. I swear she just senses a bad vibe. And my MIL always says "I'll just have to come over more so she gets used to me!" She hasn't been too my house since March she she lives less than 15 minutes away.
Same. Every post or photo I post about our son she has to comment but she hasn't seen him since he was born.
