Wish I was healed up already time is moving so slowly. It's been only 3 weeks since my C-Section.Tired of being in pain & want to move & do things normally already. Oh well just gotta wait I guess.
@kmarie1303 I have actually been pushing myself since i got out of the hospital. I not only have my newborn but also my son who is 7 & 1/2 & special needs autistic. So sitting still or taking it easy hasn't been an option. Im not just sitting back waiting to heal. I just wish i was healed already so i can bend & twist the way i need to & so i can start working out to get my pre-pregnancy body back. I was also off pain meds within a week of being released from hospital. I hate meds. But thanks for your support & input though.
Push your self a little every day & you will feel better quicker. The day I had my c-section 1 months ago from yesterday so 4 weeks 1 day. & I am 100 % myself. But I pushed through the pain starting the day of... after the spinal wore off i had 1 shot of daluadid & then was on Mortin & Tylenol after that. .. yes it was VERY VERY painful & At the time I was regretting opting out the pain meds... but by the end of the 1st week I was more than happy i did. Because pushing myseld every day through that pain helped me become back to myself quick. The 1st 2 weeks were ROUGH! The 3rd week was still discomfort at times but I feel 100% now just when the baby kicks my insiscion it still hurts a little bit. .. but keep pushing just don't over do it! I know it's not pleasant or easy but I'm telling you u will be back too urself alot quicker then just waiting to feel better.

It took me a long time to recover from mine. All you can do is take it easy, don't do too much. The less strain you put on yourself the faster you'll heal. I know it's easier said than done. I'm hear if you need anything. 😀
