My cycle went off on the 14th, when should I start ovulating? How often should I have sex?

2 weeks from first day of last period is average ovulation time. Sex every other day for several days before and after.

I'd start now. Also, count from the first day of your period, not the last (14th).

Yes. Then when you conceive it changes to pregnant and it was my favorite app to read daily.

If you're not sure exactly what day you may ovulate on, since those dates are estimates I recommend using OPK.
