Contact a lawyer but I'm pretty sure unless there is an agreement with court he can't do much and if you have a return date i dont know if they will agree with him on kidnapping but double check

Nah. State of Georgia favors the mother above all. Tell him to go ahead, call, get a lawyer, see ya in court. Get some agreement papers done via family lawyer. That'll cover your ass in the future.

I have a family member in law enforce saying he can't do much even tho she has his last name unless we go to court but even then he still won't b able to do much even tho he is on the birth certificate.@mommysbabies

No court issued requirements , then nothing he can do .

I told him I felt like a prisoner cause every time I needed to go somewhere he had his mom take me or he did. I get it after I got discharged cause I was so swollen and I had bled out after birth so he wanted to make sure I was ok. But when I'm up at 2 in the morning making u a fried egg sandwich with one hand and doing other things with a baby in my arms I think I'm good. @mommysbabies @krenee1120 @adams2017
