@tashyyyy, thank you I really appreciate the advice I'm gonna try that next feeding because I have started getting cracks and bleeding hopefully it gets better

After you feed your baby just express a little and rub it all over your nipples and let the milk dry on your nipples before you cover up..

To be honest the best thing to use is your own breastmilk... and it will be painful your nipples are cracked but it will heal and it's all worth it trust me ... my daughter couldn't latch on properly and it was very painful so I started to use the lansinoh cream it was helping me but I ran out and just started using my breastmilk instead and actually works better

@tashyyyy, I'm gonna have to go get some I've been using the medela cream and it was helping but now I can't even pump without pain 😭

I used "Lansinoh" that's what the hospital given me to take home... and it's safe for your little one
