I got night time nursing tanks so you don't have to wear one it's got a built in one so it can also hold the pads I got it at target and it hold them in there I'm a DDD

I have a nursing tank top and its so comfortable. Its like not wearing a bra but it holds the pads in place.

I wear it every night to bed. I also have a nursing pajama made the same way. I love both. I got it at walmart
