Are you drinking enough water? I know sometimes if I don't my legs cramp really bad.

Not as much as I probably should after I had my daughter I kind of stoped worrying about drinking water so much but that probably would help im going to try to drink more water

Yea, when you have a baby, you kind of forget to drink, eat etc.
