We were dealing with a bad diaper rash for about 3 /4 days and nothing seemed to help. I eventually had to get a prescription because she ended up having a yeast infection. I had no clue. But it cleared up quickly

Coconut oil helps too we use that and his rx that he has

They also have the desitin maximum strength, that seems to work better on my LO
