Just dont ever contact him or go after child support. You can block his number etc he'll have to go to court to prove hes the father. Costs money.

@shanicenettles93 judges also use evidence of how he speaks or if he threaten .. Always print out text messages and keep them .. Proof of everything like if he do drugs or etc

Basically its a hard case if there is no evidence yet or reason for restraining order or him not being allowed to see his child .. So you are early in pregnancy .. I say keep all evidence or anything w harassment and if he ever touches you or hurts you call police right away ..

But I would call a lawyer just to see what can be done in your case

You can keep everyone away from your child except the father. He also has rights. You can fight for full custody, but that's really it.

@shanicenettles93, if you don't list him on the birth certificate and say you don't know who the dad is, he will have to prove he's the father to get any rights.
