Ask your nurse for stool softener, they would give me 2 every 4-5 hours

@tyoungdeer, I didn't tear at all. It's just a bit hard to go. Like it won't come.

In my case it's hurt mainly with stitches. But after they dissolved it was still uncomfortable because my muscles were sore. But everyone is different. And stool softener is a life saver if it's not working for you double up on the dose that's what I did .

They should've given you a stool softener to make it easier, if they didn't ask them for it. It makes it easier but still hurts! I think it really just depends on how much you tore..
