Ok so we went to the fair with our little one and everything was going fine until we went to the food area and were drinking water while we're standing around waiting for our funnel cake and I sneezed and peed a little. I've never been so embarrassed in my life. On top of all that I was wearing khaki shorts so you could definitely see. It's been 9m since I gave birth and keagels don't work for me or maybe I'm doing them wrong. How can't I tighten everything down there up again??? 😩😩😩

Keagels.. But i hear vinegar baths work too. Never tried it. But i quit stressing and my husband says its still tight. So until he starts complaining im not stressing anymore.
